Mrs. McCloskey is the President and majority stockholder of Foreign Disclosure & Export Solutions Corporation.  Since January 2004, Mrs. McCloskey has run the day-to-day activities of the company, including all preparations and assisting in the instruction of FDE Solutions' foreign disclosure training seminars, the mainstay of the company business.  Mrs. McCloskey also shares direct consulting responsibilities with her husband, Michael McCloskey, and she is the project manager for work performed by the company's outside consultants and associates.  She is directly responsible for the development of the company's "Basic Foreign Disclosure Pocket Guide" and "Basic USML Export Compliance Pocket Guide," a set of ideas she personally conceived and implemented.  Since the development of these two products, she has also developed other foreign disclosure products and marketing materials that enhance and compliment the company's foreign disclosure training programs.  She also manages all personnel, sales, marketing, and database functions, and serves as the company's Facility Security Officer and manages all of the firms sensitive client materials.  With only a two person permanent staff, Mrs. McCloskey's contributions to the company are vital to its operation and success.

Mrs. McCloskey holds Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration (Summa Cum Laude) from the American Intercontinental University. She comes to Foreign Disclosure & Export Solutions Corporation after having helped found and manage "San Diego Just Say No" in 1989, one of the largest youth drug prevention in the State of California, and having recently served as the office manager for United Airlines' Field Support Office at Washington Dulles International Airport, and 4-Seasons Roofing Company in Centreville, VA.   She is married to Mr. Michael K. McCloskey, also an employee of Foreign Disclosure and Export Solutions Corporation, and lives in Oak Hill, VA.  Mr. and Mrs. McCloskey have two  adult children, Patrick and Rachel.
