GSA MOBIS SCHEDULE CONTRACT The GSA MOBIS Schedule (Schedule 874) provides consulting and professional support services to federal government agencies when they require  immediate, expert assistance in the highly specialized areas of military technology transfer/foreign disclosure and export licensing policy. We are able to use our core staff and team of associates to assist with short-term projects (normally one year or less) that are either too time consuming for in-house resources or would require extensive training to accomplish the task. We look forward to receiving your requirements and competing to provide you with our best value support. Our firm is especially adept at providing assistance with improving the technology transfer development process, technology transfer and foreign disclosure policy implementation, and training on all of these topics. We are also able to provide government agencies with meeting and conference arrangement services, facilitation, and management, including online registration and conference website hosting services.
